With the mobile frontcooking station Salvis-Fresh&Smart the odours and steam from cooking will be eliminated just above the cooking surface, where they originate. This is possible with an efficient and direct, three sided suction system, which is placed just above and around the cooking units. The steam and odours are lead directly downwards via ventilation slots into a specially developed filter system. The FreshAir system totally neutralizes the unpleasant odours.

The module can be equipped with the different Salvis-Smartline appliances. The units are interchangeable.

Our mobile kitchen Fresh&Smart is the answer to all these questions. You simply equip the mobile cooking station with the modular Smartline modules according to your food concept of the day and the expectations of your customers.

The mobile kitchen has all the necessary connections and is immediately ready for use. An important plus point is the integrated 3-sided extractor hood, which absorbs around 80 percent of all odours and fumes and ensures a pleasant room climate without odour nuisance. As an option, we offer mobile cooking stations with a glass structure as a practical and illuminated payment or handout counter. A safe splash guard is part of the standard equipment.

Each mobile kitchen station has four easy-running castors, two of which are equipped with a locking mechanism for a stable stand.
