The renovation process also includes the kitchen, which has been adapted to the new orientation. The focal point is the range Salvis VisionPro with the functional units deep-fryer, multi-zone induction surfaces, pasta cooker and the versatile Salvis Vario pan, which have been adapted for brewery gastronomy.

The Salvis CucinaEVO combi-steamer is also in multi-functional use. Its double cooking chamber in GN 2/1 format is particularly impressive at duck and goose time and for other large roasts.

The individual solutions in the planning of the work processes as well as the personal support during the entire renovation phase particularly impressed the operators of the Brauhaus Freihof. We wish the operators every success!
