... is thus an important regional training centre. The teaching staff are spread over four locations and have various training courses from a wide range of professional fields.

In order to meet the current requirements of the catering professions and in particular the school training of chefs, the school kitchen was rebuilt and renovated to the latest standards.
The kitchen is now divided into 4 zones. In addition to the hot and cold kitchen, one zone is defined as a test kitchen and the innovation kitchen, where future but also modern cooking methods are taught.

The centre of the hot kitchen is formed by 3 identical Ranges Salvis VisionPRO, each 3500 mm long. 2x single-zone induction and 1x full-coverage 4-zone induction hobs are flush-fitted into the continuous top plate. A heated storage area is also used in the superstructure of the Ranges Salvis VisionPRO, which helps to maintain the temperature during preparation. The substructure of the Ranges Salvis VisionPRO is manufactured in H-2 hygienic design as standard. This facilitates cleaning with its generously dimensioned radii. Above the Ranges Salvis VisionPRO, the Salamander Salvis Classic is placed at eye level. This is where the tubular heating elements with stable heat distribution come into play. With the Salamander Salvis Classic, the instructors pay particular attention to the automatic plate recognition system which is standard equipment. It prevents unnecessary continuous operation and the trainees are thus also taught in a simple way the energy saving potential in the professional kitchen.
