The newly renovated building of the Sovren House Academy is located In the harbour area of the MB92 in Barcelona directly at the Moll Oriental.
Inside the building there is a small and fine kitchen of Salvis AG. Background of this kitchen is the direct access for all crew members of the yachts to use the centrally located kitchen as a permanent exhibition as well as a training center for prospective crew members.
The heart of every yacht galley is the range and the appliances in the immediate surrounding. Detailed solutions are required especially for the needs on the high seas. This also includes in particular locking systems for the secure closing of drawers, doors or combi-steamer.
