SALVIS

A small rebuild that pays off. The company restaurant for 120 seats inside and 60 terrace seats was supplemented by the Combi-Steamer Salvis CucinaEVO. The limited space available allowed the installation of two free-standing Salvis CucinaEVO-T series combi steamers. This allows simultaneous cooking in different climate zones during production for breakfast and lunch service. The remote furniture allows optimum operation of the touch panel and provides enough storage space for cooking accessories.

An additional multifunctional cooker was found in the Salvis Marmite for the fresh food kitchen. Cooking, roasting, braising, stewing or even baking in fat is now possible. The frying surface with 2/3 -1/3 heating zone division which makes roasting and resting for meat and fish dishes possible is particularly advantageous. The simple explanation-free control makes the multifunction cooker Salvis Marmite the core piece in the production.

The Freeflow buffet s is equipped with modular Salvis Smartline front cooking units. 17 different models are to choose of, for any front cooking concept the right solution. The Salvis Salamander Classic briefly crusts cheese and potato dishes before they are dispensed. The Salamander Salvis Classic is known for its fast reaction time and energy-saving plate recognition.
