The Ski Arena Andermatt Sedrun is enriched by several attractions. On the one hand, all mountaineers can now hike from one language region to the next and winter sports enthusiasts will experience even more winter fun as a result of the merger.

The Schneehüehnerstock mountain restaurant serves traditional regional dishes on the outdoor terrace as well as in the restaurant with 240 seats each .

At the large self-service buffet the dishes are freshly prepared in front of the guests. The modular Salvis Smartline cooking units are ideal for this purpose. With them, any food concept can be realised within a short time. With a selection of 17 Salvis Smartline modules from grill to induction, pasta cooker, wok or bain-marie, every gastronomic front cooking concept can be flexibly designed depending on the season. Production is supported by the Salvis CucinaEVO 1011QT combi steamer.

The large GN 2/1 cooking chamber is particularly in demand during the midday rush or for banquets. The touch control behind glass can be easily operated using pictograms. With the 3 vitalising functions : plate insert, GN-container and banquet system, the supply for the buffet is very efficient.
