The restaurant L’Entrecôte de Mulhouse is one of the first restaurants that welcomes you at the entrance to the city of Mulhouse in the Haut-Rhin.
L’Entrecôte welcomes its guests with a traditional cuisine in the typical Parisian brasserie atmosphere. French culinary specialities such as “la fameuse Entrecôte grillée, saumon mariné par nos soin and a tarte flambée” for dessert are just a few of the recommended classics.
During the planning of the kitchen the traditional cooking was taken into account. For the popular sautéed kidneys (Les Rognons de veau flambés), sufficient induction hobs had to be provided in the wall-mounted Salvis Master range; the matching side dishes are prepared in the Salvis Vario Cooker.
The wall mounting of the smallest Combi-Steamer Salvis CucinaEVO 623T as a source of the daily prepared fine tarts provides sufficient space on the stove. The Salvis Deep Fryer Fryline SRF42 Pro is a must for the matching side dish to the classic steaks. With its capacity of approx. 40kg fresh homemade French fries per hour, it ensures sufficient supplies.

The restaurant was voted 7 times in a row Restaurant of the Year by the Muhlhouse Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
