A Salvis VisionPRO range with 6 single-zone induction hobs is available for production, as well as a Vario-Cooker 800 SC with 2 individually controllable cooking zones. Its low radiant heat and easy cleaning due to large radii and flush installation in the work top are particularly noteworthy. The open substructure in the Salvis VisionPRO range is standard in H2 hygienic design, which supports easy cleaning and maintenance.
The production was supplemented by a Salvis range Master as a wall-mounted version. The Range is also equipped with a Vario-Cooker 800 SC. The wall-mounted Salvis Master was also equipped by two Salvis Fryline deep fryers, which have electronically controlled temperature sensors and thus comply with the current acrylamide regulation at low frying temperatures.
