DaRina at Eigerplatz is well known- but the concept is new. After moving to the newly renovated location, the Take Away Pizzeria became a modern restaurant consisting of different levels.
Silvana and Arnaldo Mettimano run the new Italian Pleasure Piazza in Bern with a lot of charm and heart and soul. Those who want to experience the kitchen secrets live can sit down on the floor above the kitchen with a direct view of the production, in summer the large terrace invites them to linger, those who don't have the time can choose their lunch from the presentation showcase or take the delicious pizza with them for outside enjoyment.
Thanks to the well thought-out kitchen planning by Salvis, a tailor-made, compact yet powerful kitchen has been created in the smallest of spaces. The modular Smartline cooking units with a width of only 40 cm and the CucinaEVO 1011T combi steamer with a width of only 55 cm were particularly suitable for the confined spaces in the kitchen. In addition to the pizza ovens, the heart of the a la carte kitchen is the Salvis pasta cooker with automatic basket lifting function and electronic timer for the excellent pasta of the house!
