Our services for vocational schools and training centres go far beyond the provision of appliances. We actively invest in the future of the industry. We support cooking competitions and training programmes that promote young talent and offer them the best possible basis for a successful career.

One of the most recent milestones was realised with Gastro Formation Genève and the Fédération des Enterprises Romandes Genève. A new training centre for various areas for up to 1600 people was created on the SPARK campus. The training centre for chefs was set up by Salvis. In 2 training kitchens with 16 workstations each and an auditorium with a show kitchen for up to 30 students, training is provided using state-of-the-art kitchen technology.

One of our innovations for training chefs is the Salamander with plate recognition. With the combination of the VitalityEVO pressure steamer and GreenVAC vacuum system, we have also developed a sustainable production system - smart cooking; this not only preserves the quality of the food, but also makes the necessary contribution to reducing food waste. Seamless ranges with Swiss induction technology have already established themselves in many catering establishments.
