SALVIS

G'ART is a supplementary school for gastronomy professions based on the dual system. It offers apprentices inter-company courses for the purpose of putting the craftsmanship into practice and deepening it. In addition to training courses, the service centre includes basic courses offered by Gastro Luzern for prospective hosts and managers.
For the kitchen professions and further training, the thermal equipment of Salvis AG is trusted. The requirements for a workstation for each participant and different cooking technologies were met with 2 Salvis VisionPRO Ranges that can be operated from both sides.
Each working station is supplemented by the narrow Salvis CucinaEVO Combi-Steamer T models with 6x1/1 GN slots. They are especially used in the patisserie courses and the modern methods of cooking in the inter-company courses.
The Salamander Salvis Classic complements the lessons in ecology and ergonomics. In ceiling mounting, the food is at eye level and the process only starts on contact with the plate detection. The HiLight heating system shows course participants the advantages of state-of-the-art kitchen technology.
