    Salvis deep fryers are available in different versions depending on the location and intended use. Depending on the series, they are available as free-standing and built-in models. The FrylineEVO model range is now even more efficient - with a 20% larger heating element surface. It is also equipped with an electronic temperature sensor, which regulates the heating processes as required and guarantees optimum temperature transfer.  It is controlled via the grease and waterproof membrane keypad. The automatic quantity adjustment AQA is unique and ensures consistent product quality - whether single portions or large quantities.

    Thanks to the swivelling heating element and electronic temperature sensor, a professional deep fryer can be heated quickly to the desired temperature. The heating temperature can be set between 50° and 170° C with an accuracy of +/- 1 degree. Free choice when preparing different fried products.

    The control panel has a user-friendly design and is controlled via a membrane keypad.  A fat or oil utilisation time can be set as an option. The base contains a removable grease container with a double filter system, which can be easily moved via a smooth-running roller drawer.  The Salvis deep fryers have a deep-drawn basin with large radii for easier cleaning. Daily cleaning extends the grease life to over 15 % and maintains product quality at the same level.

    AQA - consistent quality

    Depending on the quantity of food, the cooking time is automatically adjusted by the electronics. Consistent quality at all times - whether it's a single portion in the a la carte menu or a large quantity for a system concept.

    Easy to clean - after frying and draining the oil, flip the heating element over and conveniently remove the residue from the cold zone.  Did you know? - Daily oil care extends the shelf life by at least 15%!

    Complies with the Acrylamide Regulation

    With the high-performance heating element, even large quantities can be deep-fried at temperatures below 170 °C. At the end of the programmable frying process, the signal reminds you to remove the food with a golden crust.

    Simple oil care

    The double oil filtration system is equipped with a coarse and fine filter and is part of the standard equipment of the FrylineEVO deep fryers. An automatic pump system is available as an option, which makes it easier to transfer the oil from the drip tray to the frying basin.

  • Basket lifting device

    In combination with the electronic timer, the automatic lifting and lowering device guarantees the quality of the fried food. It supports compliance with the acrylamide values, especially with constant processes and large quantities.

    Oil pumping system

    The automatic oil pump is a sensible investment in safety when handling the deep fryer and the oil. Plug in the pump hose and handle and rinse out the remaining food residue from the cold zone. Used oil can be safely transferred to transport containers.

    Mobile version

    Hygiene is the top priority in the kitchen. The mobile design allows the front of the fryer to be lifted and moved to facilitate cleaning of the floor, walls and appliances.
