What's happening at Salvis: new appliances, projects from real kitchens, and dates when you can meet us.
New look, new direction: Salvis at ZAGG 2026
In short
- New look. Salvis makes his first appearance in the Blackline.
- In the foreground. The X-Line Drop-In Modules, over 40 installation modules.
- Wow. October 25–28, 2026, ZAGG in Lucerne, Hall 1, Stand B 1041.
At ZAGG 2026 in Lucerne, Salvis will present its Blackline collection for the first time. Dark surfaces, clean lines, no decoration. What has changed is the design language. What remains the same is the high standard for the finished product.
The situation: Switzerland, reduced to one line
A mountain panorama as a line drawing on a black wall, Swiss herbs instead of decoration, and a kitchenette in use. The appliances are in operation, not displayed in a glass case, across 54 square meters: the kitchenette with X-Line Drop-In modules on the front platform, the counter behind it, and the exhibits to the left and right.
Sustainability means repairable
It's not the newest model that counts, but what still works after ten years of continuous use. Robust construction, replaceable parts, efficient consumption. A device that can be repaired doesn't need to be replaced—that's the most effective form of sustainability in a professional kitchen.

X-Line Drop-In: over 40 modules for every stove system
In short
- Program. Over 40 modules for grilling, roasting, cooking, steaming, frying, and keeping food warm.
- Installation. Flush-mounted, in new and existing stove installations.
- Front. Without a front panel or with a neutral panel.
The X-Line Drop-In modules expand the Salvis X-Line range with a particularly flexible installation solution. Numerous high-performance modules enable individual planning and can be integrated into existing or new cooking ranges.
Planning according to food offerings
A cooking block can be precisely tailored to the space, workflows, and serving processes. Existing systems can be supplemented with individual modules instead of being replaced.
Hygiene through clean transitions
Flush integration into the work surface has a second reason: clean transitions, no gaps where things can accumulate. In the workplace, this is a matter of hygiene, and in everyday life, it's a matter of time.
