The professional Vario pan from Salvis help you to cook meat, vegetables, fish or seafood precisely and quickly. These universal appliances are easy to control, sturdily built and durable - ideal for canteen kitchens and restaurants.

The welded-in tray holds large quantities of food and is easy to clean. The frying surface can be heated up within minutes thanks to a ring heater, and you can precisely control the heat supply. The patented frying plate construction with vacuum-soldered copper plate or alternatively the sandwich construction with integrated steel core ensures even heat distribution, so that you achieve optimum frying results over the entire surface.
