We recommend the griddle plate for preparing fish fillets and chicken legs, steaks and fried vegetables, patties and pancakes or egg dishes. The flat surface made of high-quality special steel is evenly heated by a tubular heating element and scores with high thermal conductivity and short reaction time.
Our product developers paid particular attention to easy handling and designed the frying plates to be easy to clean. The plate is seamlessly welded to the commercial kitchen appliance, and a surrounding channel makes it much easier to collect dirt in the removable GN container.
Salvis ProfiLine offers you the griddle plate not only in the electric version, but also with a gas burner, depending on the conditions of your commercial kitchen. The gas-powered model is equipped with a piezo ignition, pilot flame and a gas stopcock as standard.
