Salvis ProfiLine is a comprehensive, highly efficient range of appliances for preparing large quantities for communal, company and institutional catering as well as for the hotel industry. Our range of stand-alone appliances is characterized by tried and tested technology

The benefits at a glance:

  • Installation as stand-alone appliances in a line, series, or as a block for modular system solutions.
  • Appliances are effectively connected through a lowered U-shaped profile in 50, 100, and 150 mm lengths for easy and hygienic cleaning.
  • Easy and safe operation in a toggle design with an easy-to clean membrane keyboard.
  • Temperature, processing time, start time, and programs are separately adjustable via the membrane keyboard.
  • Open substructures in standard hygienic design. Optionally available in rounded-edge hygienic design H2 according to DIN 18865-9.
  • Cooking devices, cover plate, cladding and bearing supports are made entirely of AISI 304 (1.4301).
  • All units with protection type IPX5, except Gas-Char Grill.

For easier cleaning, in accordance with today's hygienic requirements, the substructures are available open or in the hygienic version H2. The Control is via toggle elements and, depending on the model, via a membrane keyboard. The Salvis commercial and professional kitchen appliances convince with their hard-wearing and easy-care stainless steel cladding. Most models have a high protection factor IPX5 and are therefore reliably protected against water jets.
