Its operation is exclusively via plate detection, eliminating manual operation. The "e" stands for easy, energy-saving, efficient or ambitious, for those who set goals for energy saving.

The automatic plate recognition detects the dish from about 200 g, no matter where it is positioned. In no time. With heating times of a few seconds, it brings a dish to temperature, melts it, grills it, or simply keeps it hot.

The heating reflector with a smooth rolling system can be continuously adjusted to the desired gratin height. The profile protection of the reflector is the perfect heat conductor, the reflector handle also remains "cold" even in continuous use. The integrated timer with automatic shutdown function ensures consistent results. Salvis Salamander Classic are suitable for versatile mounting options in any kitchen.

The model range is equipped with the proven tubular heater or the fast HiLight heating system. The control knobs are made of high-quality aluminum casting and support our philosophy of reducing plastic.
