The new Salvis - Functionline with a construction depth of 800 mm fulfils the need for flexibility with its connection systems. With a wide range of cooking functions, tilters, boiling pans and neutral units, entire kitchens and lines can be easily planned, installed, exchanged and supplemented from modules. Modern and employee-friendly line kitchens in particular can be realised in this ingenious way.  The Salvis Smartline is always in focus - the concept of 17 different table or built-in units measuring 380 x 400 x 218 mm is particularly suitable for bistro, cafeteria, catering or front cooking concepts. Set up, plug in and cook.

The flexible concepts are complemented by the timeless and sustainable Salvis GreenVAC system. Vacuum packing in Gastronorm containers avoids plastic waste and extends the shelf life of food. The mise en place is always ready in the desired quantity and freshness.
